Book a ceremony venue (if not using the hotel for ceremony).
Pay the initial deposit.
6-9 Months Before
Reserve accommodation for family.
Discuss bar tab and wine selections with your wedding coordinator.
3-4 Months Before
Confirm reception details with The Killarney Oaks Hotel.
Confirm decor elements provided by the hotel (e.g., chairs, linens, centrepieces).
Confirm music setup and timings with hotel (if using in-house system).
1-2 Month Before
Organise wedding tasting & finalise wedding menu
Final confirmation meeting with hotel wedding coordinator.
Provide rooming list for guest accommodation.
Finalise timeline: arrival, dinner, speeches, cake cutting, band and DJ.
1-2 Week’s Before
Drop off items to hotel: favours, menus, signage, cake knife, etc.
Provide final guest headcount and dietary requirements.
Finalise table plan.
PrePay a precentage of the wedding bill.
Day Before
Rehearsal (if arranged with hotel).
Check in and confirm setup details with the hotel team.
Drop wedding cake, stationary, suitcases etc. to the venue.
Wedding Day
