7. The Ballroom Bar will close strictly at 2:30am. All entertainment, including DJs and bands, must conclude
at this time. Sound restrictions and licensing requirements apply and must be adhered to in full.
8. A block of 20 Classic Bedrooms is available at a preferred wedding rate and allocated directly by the
couple. These rooms include breakfast and may be upgraded (subject to availability) to Deluxe Rooms or
the Junior Suite. We also offer one Family Room (sleeps 5) and one set of Interconnecting Rooms (sleeps
6), allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. The Bridal Suite is provided with our compliments on the night of your wedding, including Champagne
Breakfast the following morning. Two additional bedrooms are also included on the night of your wedding
and may be allocated at your discretion.
10. Deliveries of décor and wedding items must be arranged through your Wedding Coordinator. All items
must be clearly labelled and delivered at the agreed time. All wedding items, including those supplied by
third parties, must be collected within 24 hours of the event. Killarney Oaks Hotel does not accept
responsibility for any items lost, misplaced, or damaged after this time, nor for any wedding gifts or cards
left behind.
11. Wedding gifts will not be accepted by the hotel and will be directed to a member of the bridal party for
safe keeping. A secure post-box is available for use during your reception.
12. A deposit of €2,000 is required to confirm your date. Payments can be made via bank draft, cash, or
credit card (3% surcharge applies). Personal cheques are not accepted.
13. In the event of a cancellation, written notice must be provided. Cancellations within 10 weeks of the
wedding date will incur full charges. Every effort will be made to re-let the date, but any resulting financial
loss to the hotel, including administrative fees, will be recovered from the couple. Cancellation charges will
include all confirmed services.
14. This agreement is personal to the couple and may not be transferred or assigned to another party.
