The Finer Details...
1. A provisional date may be held for a maximum of 14 days. To secure your booking, a non-refundable
and non-transferable booking fee of €2,000 is required. At the time of booking, we will also request
approximate guest numbers, ceremony details (if applicable), and full contact information for both
members of the couple.
2. In-house ceremonies are subject to a setup charge of €500 minimum. This cost is dependent on
final layout and styling requirements, and is coordinated directly with your Wedding Coordinator.
3. At Killarney Oaks Hotel, we pride ourselves on creating an unforgettable atmosphere for every
couple and their guests. To ensure we can deliver the highest quality experience and maintain the
vibrant, celebratory ambiance that our weddings are known for, we kindly require a minimum of 150
adult guests for all weddings, regardless of the time of year or day of the week.
This minimum helps us guarantee the perfect setting, service, and attention to detail that your special
day deserves. Should your confirmed final numbers fall below this requirement, the hotel reserves the
right to apply charges based on the agreed minimum guest number.
4. A personalised menu tasting for the couple is included and takes place Monday to Thursday on an
agreed date. You are welcome to invite up to four additional guests. Additional guests will be charged
a set price per person. Final menu selections must be confirmed no later than four weeks prior to your
wedding.
5. Final numbers and a full typed table plan must be submitted one week prior to your wedding. Menu
and table plan changes cannot be facilitated within 72 hours of the event. A member of the wedding
team will provide a template and assist with layout guidance, if required.
6. No food or beverage may be brought onto the premises, with the exception of your wedding cake. A
full allergen list for the cake must be provided by your supplier. All third-party suppliers are
responsible for their own setup and equipment.
