Creating Your Bespoke Wedding Menu...
At The Killarney Oaks Hotel, we invite you to design a wedding menu that is uniquely yours. Our
Executive Chef and culinary team will work with you to craft a memorable meal, offering both
choice and flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Here’s
how your bespoke menu is created:
Appetiser
Begin with a choice of two appetisers.
Guests will select their preferred dish on the evening.
Soup or Sorbet Course
Choose one soup and one sorbet to offer as a mid-course.
Guests may choose either option on the night.
Entrée
Your chosen entrée sets the foundation for menu structure and pricing:
If selecting Roast Turkey & Ham or Roast Sirloin of Beef as your primary dish, you may offer
one additional entrée, giving guests a choice of two.
If selecting a premium entrée — Rack of Lamb, Sirloin Steak, or Fillet Steak — you may offer
two additional entrées, allowing guests a choice of three.
Each entrée will be accompanied by two potato choices and two vegetable selections, chosen
by you in advance.
Dessert
Complete your menu with one of two service styles:
Choose two Signature Desserts, with guests selecting their favourite on the evening
Opt for a Petit Dessert Trio — a beautifully presented medley of three miniature desserts
served to all guests.
